In case it was not clear untill now: this section is not for bullshitters. If you own a car and want to post about it, please be sure to have pics and don't bother to post "believe me or not" topics with amazing lists of cars and no proof...
Same goes with "will post pics when I can / when it will be sunny / later..."

Everybody has pics of his car(s) so the "sorry don't have a digicamera" excuse is not really accepted :D

it could sound too much, but lately we saw too many cases of doubtfull topics..

So if you can't back up your statements, please don't post about your cars, period :D
And about this: be prapared to provide a custom picture to prove you actually own the car or at least it is in your family. usually we request a picture of the owner manual on the car

Update, December 19 - since we now opened the JW cars archive, IT IS NOW OFFICIALLY MANDATORY, for every new topic, for every car posted, a custom pic, to make everything easier for everybody :D. it will take 2 minutes anyway. If you consider it too much, don't have time or don't like this only rule, please DO NOT post a topic about your car, it will be closed.

If you have your owner or service manual, take a pic with it placed somewhere on the car

if not, the keys and a sheet of paper with something written on it like nickname or JW will do... or a printed forum page.. the JW logo.. you know what I mean:

Like in these three pics, place the manual/sheet of paper so that it is possible to recognize the car.

We think it's fair enough and we are sure everybody will agree with us. Nobody really likes lies. And such rule aims to protect us like you :)

Please people, stop the BS. It isnt hard to provide pics in this day and age. You have digi cameras, scanners and most Photo Printing places can digitize your regular film for you.

I would like to see this site become a haven for one car nut to ask a question and expect to receive HONEST answers from others. By saying you have something the general population wouldnt, with no evidence to support it, discredits everything you say from that point on IMO.

Be honest and we will all benefit from it.

BSers suck! BTW: I just bought a McLaren F1 LM and a CLK-GTR. I would post the pics, but I'm currently at school, and my cars are stored back home. BTW: I would love to take pics and post them when I go home this weekend, but I don't know how to use a digital camera. You just have to upload them (see the sticky topic in "car gallery" for many hosts), and then post them using [img]url of the pic[/img]. If they are VERY big, please consider using thumbnails :) imageshack.us creates them for you automatically and give you the code already. If not you will have to do smaller versions and then use:

[img]link to smaller[/img]

There is no specified size, just make sure it can be seen. I think you can copy the link for the cardomain pic and put it between: [img].....[/img] The pic will work
