it looks like its gonna sound awesome as well going by the 430 unveiling vid. It sounds like it has a much more rumbly idle than the 360 and although it didnt go up the revs much i think this one is gonna be much more of a screamer than the 360 when it opens up too. Cant wait for some on road/track vids

of course its gonna be a screamer but 360 was defenetly a screamer too especially with capristo stage 3 exhaust or challenege or whatever

The F430's definately grown on me in general, but I'm sooo anxious to see how, if at all, Ferrari's changed it's driving "philosophy". It seems like they made a move to an Enzo or Stradale type style, and even the exhaust sound from that clip agrees with that. It sounds nothing like a 355 or stock 360 and much more like a CS or Enzo.

Damn I love this car!!!!!!!!
IMO, the best combo for this car is Red/Tan, daytona styled seats, CC brakes w/ red callipers, the new rims (not the CS ones), Scuderia shields.... and I can't believe it... F1 transmission. I think this car is too modern for it to be a normal manual. LOL I don't know, for sure I already put the 430 right after the 355 and in front of the 360 in my list, but still, the 355 has such pure lines, less tortured.. ideal lines :D

i agree, i like this car much more then the 360.... but seems to retain to many of its direct predicessor's lines.

Looks like ferrari are really getting back to their best with this shape, but then anything would have been a slight disappointment IMO after the 355 thats what happens when you set such high standards :D I have to say i was really won over by the feature in this months top gear mag, and then i come here and find even more info :D :D Great job guys!!, i think i'd better start saving :lol:

I love it. Love how the F1/CS/Enzo influences are all coming in to the car. It does look like an evolved, face-lifted 360, but with more power. I would really like a driving style switch on my steering wheel too, flick it to race, or electronic systems off more often than not i would guess!
It is more a Gallardo beater than the standard 360 now. However if the Gallardo had proper Lambo doors....! |

Well I'm pretty sure there is no stripe option.. it will be maybe for the 430CS ;)

IM genuinely suprised at the lack of support to the 360. I was always under the impression, besides it being my point of view, that the 360 was more impressive then the 355. From what Ive read so far, its the oppositte, and the biggest contributing factor isnt even material, its nearly entirely subjective. For me, the 360 will always be a better car, taking into consideration performance, looks and even practicality.

But it's all about subjectivity! Personally, I liked 360 better untill half a year ago, when I realised that it's too common.

I love "ferrari spiders", well some are more beautiful then others, but i like them.

They're better than many other spiders and cabs, but I generally don't like open cars to look at. To drive them is another matter. :D

holy fuck i dont give a fuck who the head desinger is if its Kevin guy or the Mini guys whos supposed to come, the point is Ferrari and Pininfarina look over everything and once again Ferrari leaves everyone breathless with there new masterfull design even if it has a lot of 360 its still so different at the same time
