Clear winter day...

..cold air, cold tyres, cold road...

Great for making high HP numbers.. (about 545hp at the crank) but not good for actually using them...

I spent so much time short shifting this morning to kill the wheelspin, Honda Civics were actually beating me through traffic... ;)

I would rather take "slip sliding power" from a lumpy lopey V8 on a 2 degree C morning anytime.. it's still more fun to drive than the FWD ;)

I have rwd thank you but i would rather have a lower hp with traction on any wheel(s). then just massive power.

Let's have the same conversation next Wednesday when the outside temp is 25C and my 0-60 goes from 6s with wheelspin to 4s ;)

Not yet ;)

On the way home tonight, I came across this other heads/cam/open pipe C5 coupe in our neighbourhood - and we went from stop sign to stop sign for a run - it was hilarious - we were both short shifting and spinning and off-throttle, on throttle just to get going :)

But it sure did "liven up" the commute for those Camry's and Accords coming home...

TNT 02-14-2006 12:58 AM

i was joking. hence > :P <
and it isn't often that it is that hot for many day's in a row
and if you think 35C is really really hot, then you don't know hot. go to south, i mean deep south, and then you can complain... or the middle east

and toronto and montreal have very diff. summers, it all has to do with water
