You guys I need your help. There is this old trance/techno song that i want but i forgot the name of it. Its been eating away at me for a week now. The only thing i know is a part in the song with the lyrics song by a girly voice. It goes

I know this is really little to know, but if you heard the song you will recognize this line. Please help me thanks.
