Ferrari at it again in F1

Why is Ferrari not sticking with the Winter Test Ban in Formula one. They usually said that there are only 3 teams with Bridgestone tires and two of them are not competitive(Midland ex-Jordan, Torro Rosso ex-Minardi), hence why they did so much testing on Bridgestones.

But with Toyota and Williams switching to Bridgestones, the playing field is even (5 teams on Michelin, 5 teams on Bridgestone with ten teams). I want to hear what there excuse is this time??

I don't think Ferrari ever agreed to it in the first place. i'm pretty sure they didn't agree to the other 3 week test ban that is in place during the season either

If you fail your test....will you study harder next time? Seems like the answer is no for you, but the logical answer for most ppl are yes.
