Does This Trailer Look Safe or Legal?

I felt like I was going to lose my head following this thing in traffic.

You have to admire the cut-outs for the trailer lights, built right into the slope/ramp.

White Maserati...............too fast to have it's picture taken, a four door.

A boat car, I forget the name of it.
http://i184.photobucket.com/albums/x...2i/MISC/A1.jpg

A bunch of Porsche's, turbos too. There is a Porsche repair shop about 1/4 mile from where I've been going everyday for the last two weeks. Always something parked out front.

On the road, guy was talking on his cell phone going real slow after the light turned green, so I zipped around him and gave him 6,000 rpm of air cooled bliss though his open window.

RSR Porsche Club picnic, last year we had three or four times the turn out. No one knew why it was so small this year.

This might be the most expensive car I've ever taken a picture of. ;)

Nearly everything is a bit smaller in Michigan right now...

Nice time, was that over at Kensington or Island Lake?

Kensington, two of the guys got there at 7:00AM to hold the tables for the rest of us for our noon picnic.

I can see the drives not full because of the price of gas, but a picnic?

Michigan is a very dark place to be, even when it's sunny there is an overcast.8-)

Some nice gets, I'm struggling to figure out that bike!

hail_of_contraband 07-28-2008 02:27 AM

That bike thing is brilliant looking. Did you have a go on it? How does it go with weight distribution?
Speaking of funny looking trailers, my dad is going to make a coffin trailer. He has the coffin already, it's 8'6" i think. Is going to paint it silver (same colour as the hearse he owns) and put an axle on it. That's the basic plan i'm aware of so far, but I never know with him, hahahha.

I believe your second picture is of a Gibbs Aquada, and the Porsche Carrera Cabrio is right on Telegraph at Lone Pine if I'm not mistaken...I'm originally from BH, so that looked pretty darned familiar hehe...

kach22i 10-20-2008 09:49 AM

Spotted 10/20/08 in Ann Arbor, east bound on Hill Street just off of Main street;
2009-2010 Camaro, black on black, headlights on as the sun was just starting to come up at 8:00 AM.

Does not look like it weighs two tons like a Challenger. Does not come off as a mid-sized or full sized car like the Mustang.

It's nice, will steal many Mustang people away.

Low to the ground like a sports car.................did I say I like it?

I like it.

Vansquish 10-20-2008 11:23 AM

I've seen a couple of '09 Camaros on the road around the AA area. They definitely look a lot better than the Challenger in terms of their size and proportions. You're right, they do look fairly sporty, low to the ground and aggressive. I'm looking forward to seeing some up-close and seeing some tests.
