Im pretty sure the have no idea the topspeed of the bike. It started at like 300mph then it dropped. And still no one knows because no ones gotten the balls yet.

The Tomahawk technically has 4 wheels (you can clearly see they're seperated in the 2nd pic). They also are beginning to build production versions to sell to the public in very limited numbers. The only problem is that they needed to find a better way to cool the engine since it has no radiator and that big 8.3L V10 produces immense amounts of heat.

and can i be the first one to say
WHAT A STUPID AMERICAN PIECE OF SHIT!!!
i mean honstley the hyabusa is anough of a death trap as it is!!
then they make this fucking stupid useless excuse for a bike!

and as for that guy riding it.. with no helmet!! - psyco!

im thinking he's riding a de-tuned version..
and is it just me.. or does it look like it would be more comftable 2 ride on a cactus plant!

The bike has a bit of a suspension system, it can lean just like any other bike in the world, the wheels just lean with the bike.

The bike was also riden on stage at the Detroit Auto Show last year without a helmet, the bike is rideable at a slow speed. It's not like it launches as soon as you press the throttle

And it's a concept vehicle, since when do concept vehicles have to be practical? The people buying this bike more the likely are buying it for the nostalgia, not for actually taking it out on a track.

I'm sure you don't ride bikes... But that bike must be heavy, and when a bike is heavy it means that it wouldn't handle...

and that guy in the picture is a squid

It seems to be more of a cruiser type of bike then a supersport one... I'm sure they didn't want to build a supersport either.

Actually I read 10 and they aren't being produced by Dodge but by the designer privately

Of course it was never made to handle that well, but it handles well enough to make it driveable.

When I said it wouldn't handle I did not say it is not drivable, it would not be upto my standards of handling. Thats what I ment. Just like Camaro's and other 1/4 mile inspired cars that are American built.

gigdy 02-22-2004 03:49 PM

Good god its a concept to show off the engine. It was never meant to be anything more then that. But some really rich ppl wanted one so whoever is making more but they deliver them as "unrideable" and they cost like 500k.
