There are, I just did not even know about Top Gear until their 4th season. I have loved it ever since. :-)

I have no desire to see the older episodes, though I have seen torrents for them around the web.

You don't know what you're missing ;)

If you love Top Gear you need to add series 1-3. Otherwise you would miss the seeing The Stig, originally wearing all black, killed off at the beginning of series 3. Rumor is, after Perry McCarthy wrote the book Flat Out, Flat Broke: Formula 1 the Hard Way! revealing that he was enigmatic driver The Stig, they killed him off.
