Is there a HUGE fireworks show planned for New York city?

It would have been nice to visit New York on the fourth, but I'm staying in Michigan for this summer, maybe next summer I will.

Well - it's an ok day I guess, as far as 4th of July's go - but since my car is still in for the window repair I am not able to be enjoying it on track today :(

230 years, and going strong! interesting that our form of goverment has lastest this long (well, 1789 after the articles of confederation failed) not bad for such a young country, eh? ;)
