Asus NOS equiped motherboard
AI NOS™
Boost performance when you need it the most! Applications such as 3D games and video editing demand a huge chunk of system resource. Inject "nitrous oxide" into your CPU! The patented AI NOS™ (Non-delay Overclocking System) technology intelligently detects system load and automatically boosts performance for the most demanding tasks. Unlike other dynamic overclocking techniques, AI NOS™ reacts much faster to satisfy your unending need for speeds. http://www.asus.com/products/mb/sock...gd1/ai-nos.gif LINK: http://www.asus.com/products/mb/sock...1/overview.htm |
another sad marketing gimmick thats playing on a popular term in the hope of increased sales.. and it probably wont be used by any 'real' overclockers
yeah, just seems like another over marketed gimmick that people who think they are over clockers but really aren't will go for because they think its cool
NOS? market gimmik
not kidding, I forgot to quote the price of the motherboard, it's 280CDN!!! insane!!
WTF... MSI mobos already do that. So does it overclock your comp even more if its already overclocked?
ha.. its great that they call it NOS...
remember those 'Turbo' buttons on old ibm clones? |
Bullshit , get an abit of DFI Nforce based board with a good fan and a XP mobile
