await for RC45's battering

Not surprised. I wonder if future GTR's will be worth more with the ability to fully turn off VDC (aka 2008 models w/out the upgrade to 2009 spec).
|
I think what Nissan is offering is quite fair. Plus I really don't see alot of users turning off VDC anyways. What's the point of having a GT-R when you are turning off it's brains.
|
maybe the driver might want to explore their capabilities (track days) without running into mechanical failure in the warranty
|
^I think owners should try to break their tranny ASAP with VDC on before the warranty expires.
|
It's positive that Nissan recognized the flaw and somewhat "solved" it.
But a $75 service bonus on a 80.000 car looks like a joke! |

I keep reading the word "suit" as "slut". What does it tell about me?

The car is over weight, under-powered and barely able to get out of its own way without electronic assistance. This law suit just underscores this. |
This law suit was just a way for desk lawyers to get rich.

Meanwhile the attorney that I didn't hire got 10 million. |
^That's just crazy. America needs to do away with contingency fee schemes like the rest of the modern world. And I must say that Lambofighter's video post came into my mind when I first read this!
