That was weird. I think he got scared (suprised) of other cars ... He was not such bad driver - most of the people would jerk hard right after hitting the wall, spinning, hitting other cars ... He renmained calm, slowed a bit, used his turn signal ...
Just bad luck I guess ...

see torque steer comments. it seemed to happen on the gear changes. though i want to say he should have been pulling right if it truly was torque steer since on an open diff the right wheel is the drive wheel.
