Installing Java games on cell phone

ok guys i got a motorola L7 SlVR, and want to install some free game onto, i know how to install mp3 files, is is anything like this?

the files i downloaded are JAR and JAD files.
so what do i do? it prob is the same as the RAZR if anyone has it.
