New monitor! (19" widescreen LCD)
 

Just got back from Thanksgiving break, and picked up a new LCD while I was back home.

I couldn't really afford bigger than 19" widescreen at the moment and was desperately in need of replacing my old 15" LCD (3 years old BenQ). Also, since I still love playing games and can never afford the high-end cards, the lower resolution of the 19" screens is better for me.

So I picked up a Samsung 940bw while at Best Buy and holy shit this thing is nice. I really love the widescreen resolution, it's great to have so much more room to play with in Photoshop and Excel. Also the color and viewing angles and pretty much everything about this monitor blow away my old one!

How much was it ?

It was $240 plus tax, so slightly more expensive than you can get it for online, but considering I could walk away with it instantly it's a fair price.
