TT - i thought auto mode would be best.. i'm not ready to adjust everything just yet
RC45 - thanks for the tip about using the flash to "cut out relections and glare"..i had no idea this worked
Also..i know somebody with a monopod.. if he will lend it to me i will definitly use it, as i have problems holding the camera still... don't worry, i haven't got the "shakes" like an alcoholic
