Quite a normal camera you can buy in a normal shop. Cause this big pic consist out of 600 shots. Like you can reed in the 'approach' section in the above link.

I don’t think so. Making this all the shots for this pic costs about 1 hour 15 minutes. That’s a bit to slow to catch speeders

Well that Peugeot 406 break is a driving car. When they took the left shot the car was passing that speed bump. But when they took the right shot, it already passed. There are other strange facts in this big pic:
