There is an ad campaign going on on TV in Qc. Artists ask people to buy music because not buying CDs not only hurts artists, but everyone who is involved in the industry (graphists, PR people, marketing, etc).
I think it is a legitimate cause... for small artists though. I'll keep d/l international artists... but I'll buy CDs of my favourite local (smaller) artists.
