i still havent tested my limits for o/c with the card (actually, right now my HDD is my biggist limiting factor... running about 1/10th speed... and the CPU is the next limiting factor @1.667ghz AMD xp 1900... which im almost 100% sure i could o/c to 2.0ghz.. but i didn't unlock the chip way back when. |
Your card is up for the job but that chip is a major bottle neck for the card and for the system in general 
You can pick up a 3200 for like 120$ these days  |
requiring a new MOBO, new chip, new HDD =too much $$
