I've been reading some good things about this game - there's already some good pre-release reviews out already (doesn't get released till next month)

here. I've also seen some
that's been released on Sega's YT channel and was quite impressed! The track deformation looks to the jewel in the crown - accurately simulating mud and snow and changing the surface each time you race on it - amazing use of all that next-gen power. Anyone else agree?
