Remember the MC12? Nearly, but not quite as powerful/quick/fast/practical as an Enzo.
It's pretty much the same engine, so if you were to tune it right, you could possibly get lot more power from the Maser V8. But I wouldn't want a screaming Maserati. I hope the GT S has the 4.7L V8 from the 8C Competizione. That sounds much better. Or, alternatively, fit that engine into the Ferrari and see what they can do with it.
