Guys - you need to discover NETKAR.
It's entirely free, and loads of tracks are available. I'm working on the topgear test track at the moment.
Sadly - it's usual website is down (
www.nkzone.com ) but google for netkar 0.99 and enjoy some 360 Goodness, along with a few other interesting cars.
http://forum.racesimcentral.com/forumdisplay.php?f=244 is the place for Netkar chatting etc, and a few of us race most nights at 22:00, hence the name on the boot...
