you are right, a m5 has more torque than a s2000, but its not the torque that pushes you back - it's just the acceleration, (the faster a car accerlerates the more it pushes you back!)
so obviously the push back force of an m5 is stronger than of an s2000 because it accelerates quicker. What i meant was how it feels. And you feel faster when you are driving in an s2000 than in an bmw m5.
for example - trucks have big torque (up to 2000 Nm) - F1 engines only have about 360-400 Nm of torque - they make power out of the revs (up to 20000/min)
So its not the torque that pushes you back when you compare acceleration times of trucks vs. F1 cars.
