Hmmm... so you took a hit (entry cost) on the "almost new" '04... which had more torque and better brakes.. and you then took another hit (exit cost) and got a new car that has already lost value the moment you drove out the door (drive away cost..
) - so you could have a slower, worse braking and more difficult to clean car?

Nice car, but I doubt I would have bailed after only 6 months with the previous car.
Unless of course it's all paid for and money is no object - then of course who gives a shit and you should beat the crap out of it and get a different flavour next year.
