Well, if you are interested in hosting such files only once in a while, a normal shared hosting package will be ok for you.. most of them offering 60 to 80 GB per month.. and remember this section is not public so it won't generate too many hits.
Of course if you don't want to pay just to host a single video and no more then, we can help you out.
