Booze and narcotics...until you can do Organized Crime. Buy Whiskey in Baltimore and sell it in Chicago. Buy heroin in Baltimore when it's under 12K and also sell it in Chicago. Travel baby, travel.
You also gain 1 health point when you travel (unless you're already at 100%).
