See when i choose "Ship to this adress and i wrote my adress and the other stuff it says this :

*** We're sorry. This item can't be shipped to your selected destination. You may either change the shipping address or delete the item from your order by changing its quantity to 0 and clicking the update button below. ( See geographical restrictions.) ***

There is another thing i found - International Addresses

:Only the following items can be shipped to destinations outside the U.S.:

books
DVDs
music
VHS videos

Note: Books that require special handling because they are extremely heavy (for example, multi-volume sets) cannot be shipped outside the U.S. If this is the case, it will be noted on the product detail page."

Than i think they wont ship the wheel outside USA......
