Here's a nice fact for you one customer yesterday came in with 2 games and 1 movie and had racked up $78 in late fees on them. I had a person a month ago with an accumulated Extended Viewing fee of roughly $130 it happens and then you tell these people about the movie passes and game passes and they say that it wouldn't benefit them and you just want to slap them upside the head.
