I just tried myself and couldn't get in, Im showing 600+Kbs out going so it must be full. Generally when its full the page will say so, near the middle of the page it will say too many connected users try again later.
It does this because of windows limitation since I don't have $1000 bux to cough up to bILL gATES for the users lisence! Believe that shit?? Fekkin $1000 per user!! So its limited to 10 connected users at one time. Dam Pricks....
