So why cant they lie if it is not a crime? Either it is or is no legal to lie as a prosecution witness.

I'm lauging, but that doesnt mean one cant still be truthful.

If he coul not tell the colour of the bike, then who knows if he did not flat out lie about the speed?

And just because something is on camera, does not mean it is cut and dried.
