Since 3 years, the swiss Super Constellation is visiting Samedan once a year, a big lady in aviation history!

Super Constellation visits Samedan Airport
this is 1 of 3 flying Connies in the World
starting the engines is always an impressive procedure, lots of smoke and flames comming out of the engines
standing few meters away from the airplane (I love this small airport with few people around, one can get very close to the action ), the engine sound is a good as from a supercar
Enjoy the pics

Thanks for the pics! Some very nice ones like the Maranello's! BTW, it is a 550, not 575.
I also always love Qp in black, so thanks for the picture!
And Azures are hell sexy, especially when spotted somewhere in the mountains

nice serie! and these sunny pics with the blue sky are really welcome in these cold and foggy days...
I am not that fan of the G55 but I like very much the black quattroporte.
A+

Mmmm, a couple of nice Italians - the 550 and QP are both fantastic!
Not a huge fan of the Azure (or most Bentleys in general), but that last picture rocks, nice work.
Thanks stmoritzer.

I never manage to get these two models apart
from the front, it's clear
F550 has different lights and airintake than the F575
but what's the difference from the rear ? or from the side?

Awesome pics. I love the 550 and as TT said the azure looks great in that setting 8) . Also the oldies are cool especially the old rolls. The g55 is a stunning beast too
Thanks for another great update and thanks for pics.

Well, from the side it could be tricky, but from the rear there is a very easy detail: you see where the boot meets the upper part of the rear bumper? Check out that part in a 575, it's flat, while in the 550 there is this little "hole" to put your fingers in when you want to lift it
And of course the wheels, but well, we already saw 550s with 575's wheels

My favs are the 550M and the Azure..
I think the 575M has bigger brakedisks as the 550M.
Interesting are the differences betweet the 575M and the 575M GTC (handling package).

Well, the HGTC has chormed front grille, buckets and different exhaust tips.. sadly not only you can have all these options on a regular 575, but also, many HGTC users specify normal exhaust or comfier seats
Only thing are the ceramic brakes :bah:
