Default Perth sightings (SL65 AMG, CLS500, 997, 987, DB6, Cobra....)

SL65 AMG  There are a few SL55's around but I never expected to see the big daddy! Once again it was place nicely for some pictures, although the sun tried hard to ruin it for me They cost about $470K here so one of the most expensive cars I've seen on the street

Then my second CLS500 within a week – this one not as ideally placed as the last

997 Carrera S, which left its lights on so probably ended up with a flat battery I think the pics turned out very nicely thanks to the beautiful backdrop

The first 987 I managed to take pictures of, for sure a big improvement over the previous model

Aston Martin DB6 – what a classic

Another ‘oldie’ – AC Cobra replica, sounds beautiful

E46 M3 for sale at the Audi dealer

Lexus SC430:

And finally a couple of Supra’s

Nice sightings but I'm pretty sure that the Porsche would have had auto lights they were probably just set on a really long delay. You gotta love the SL65 especially those sexy ass rims.

it must have been a fairly long delay, as I drove past it on my way home about 45mins later and they were still on
The funny thing is that the headlights didn't seem to be on (only the tailights), not sure what was going on.

the SL65 looks very good! I never saw it in black before. It's stunning

The 997S are one of your better pics ever imo. The bright car, the dark asphalt, a bit of green and cloudy sky, the way the light hits the car.....the 997S second and last pic are perfect!

It's hard to get a great combination, a mix of all the right things for a good pic.
You did it with the 997S. 8)

The last pic will be my wallpaper for today.

Dude, stunning post! The SL65 pics are just marvellous! In black it is really a mean car! Coincidence, I saw a black one today too! Much better than silver! But the background you got is

Same goes for the 997! Very nice!!!!

Thanks a lot! I saved many pics

Wow that SL65 is awesome. Stunning pics!! You should go to that place every day, it's a superb background and a great opportunity to take sensational pics!!

The 997 CS pics are cool too. The lights you saw were probably the parking lights. And the DB6 is lovely as well of course.

It is only about 500m from my place, so whenever I walk to the shops I go past to check for cars. Also when I drive somewhere I often take a small 'detour' and drive past to have a look.

at least you have a chance of 'his' cars driving over to Holland, not much chance they will swim to Australia
