Default Sorting when saving prob

I thought I will figure it out for myself, well I give up, when I wanna save pic or anything else or just open window of "this computer" the icons are always upside down(opposit of what it should be - first must be folders from 1 thru A to Z and then the rest -pix, doc's and others). In options I have set "remember setting of each folder".... I hope you understand see pic

where is the problem? where I should change what?

From another forum and worked fine:

by CTSNKY

Try this Arman:

To resolve this behavior, and reset the default sort order:

Go into Windows Explorer, and then click drive C.
On the View menu, click Details.
Click the Name column to sort items by name, press and hold down the CTRL key, and then quit Windows Explorer by clicking Close in the upper-right corner of the screen.
Release the CTRL key.
Restart your computer.
Note: You must perform these steps exactly as they are listed. For example, do not quit Windows Explorer by clicking Exit on the File menu.

LOL - that is like Windows GUI 101.. --- Even my 6 year old knows how to set the display sort in a window..

You sure you don't want to pick up a "Dummy's Guide to Windows"
