Had a great time chatting with them We were at the show for around 7 hours Alot of my pictures turned out blurry due to the fact of me not useing a Tripod, so i plan on going again on Sunday with a tripod and a polerizer. Here are pictures from MOnday, and Stay tuned for an update on monday or tuesday with better pictures Here is a link to my whole gallery:

the tripod ought to help out on the indoors shots... but the polarizer wont... there are other filters may have some nice effects... but thats my recomendation.

the 997 c2 with the aero kit looks great; and the FGT is missing a "6" golf colors would be soooo worth it IMO

i keep hearing schwalbe is a quality guy

I'm happy to see Stephan that you have now open an official topic about the 2006 Montreal International Autoshow. I will put my pix here and hamlet will do also the same to merge our pictures into only one topic. That will be cool to see our various photography angles for the same cars.

I know that I don't have your Top Gun camera or a tripod like hamlet, but some of my pix are really good too. About your camera, damn your Canon EOS 350D sounds so good when you took shots, just with the sounds we knew that you took perfect pictures !

This kind of mini JW meeting was a cool day. It was so interesting to discuss and comment many cars we saw, in more to having an European point of view on american cars from hamlet. Even if this meeting lasted 7 hours it seemed to me very short.

Cheers !

EDIT (30/01/2006)

This year, the Audi stand was disappointing, because all the stars (RS4,S8,S6) were at the NAIAS, but fortunately the Porsche stand was hot. :good:

Audi

BMW

BENZ

Ferrari & Lamborghini

Ford

Porsche

Enjoy my pix !

Thanks Stephan for the pics, they look already very nice!

I like the white Flying Spur
the Ford GT is way better presented than in Geneva last year
the name tags (i.e. CGT) are disturbing, mybe you take them away for your next shooting
The Gallardo pic is awesome, the red Murci quite rare

Thanks already for these pictures and if I might suggestion you something: do not bother with the polarizer.. from personal experience I can tell you it's just a PITA at car shows.. too many light sources, too many different angles.. outside it is ok to remove sky's reflection on windscreen, bonnet and so on, but inside it will just kill two or three spotlights to increase the effect of all the others
