This was predicted years ago - and at the time folks made fun of some of us for pointing this out as a future development

I am sorry to say "I told you so" hehe

Its alawyas about money

And its also payback for the same affluent clientel who keep driving up the price of early 50's 60' and 70's American cars.

A freaking Charger went for about $100K at Barret Jackson recently... WTF? and it was a 383 with minimal options for hecks sake

Onstar has been configured to perform this funciton from day 1 - all they are waiting for is the order to enable it

that was last years Barret Jackson this year's BJ starts in 2 weeks give or take.... my friend bought two cars there, and they were both on last night, and I missed it... too bad.

People out west don't know the value of a 383 commando charger... detroiters would never pay that much

There is a rumour that the r35 has a top speed of 110 on all but race tracks in japan based on gps.. Other country versions are rumoured not to have this. Not exactly confirmed though.

OnStar next year will have the ability to shut down a car "when stolen". I wouldnt buy a vette after this year for that reason. I dont even like having it now, but Ive already figured out how to disable the thing.

That would be terrible if they put speed limiters so u couldnt break the limit. Im sure some people would get screwed over trying to accelerate out of a jam and being squished. That Reventon move is cruel too, they were gunna build 20 right? Now they upped it by 5x! Thats crazy.
