Shit happens.. and when you are stupid shit happens even more often - supposedly this driver is a bit of wild one and doesnt believe in backing off.

...and he didn't just 'graze' the guard rail either. Not going to be cheap to fix! At least it didn't look like the air bag went off. That will often crack the windshield...
