With an opening paragraph like this:

Given that it’s one of the few places I visit where I can make myself understood, I never cease to be amazed by how foreign I still find America. I’ve been to islands off the east coast of Africa and felt more at home. Don’t misunderstand me, I enjoy myself in America but I usually come back feeling I’m leaving not so much another country as another planet
and a closer like this:

The left-hand-drive-only Corvette Z06 can be ordered now for £59,000 for delivery in September. But I would advise anyone who wants a Vette to settle for the cheaper, charming and altogether more satisfying standard car. On paper the Z06 looks like the performance bargain of the decade; in reality it is shaping up as a bit of a disappointment.
It is obvious that he is just another posing hot beer drinking limey cockarse with crooked teeth and gay/chav lovers

Anyone who puports to know ANYTHING about cars (let alone sports cars) and in an even head to head would choose the base Corvette over the Z06 is a posing auto-transmission loving faggot

Again you have an example of a wannabe criticising all the incorrect failures of the car -- hehe -- the car is not perfect, but it sure as hell isn't deficient in the way that loser tried to point out - he was trying to be a JC in print. :fist:

I mean - heres is pathetic attempt at a Jaguar review - which he couldn't complete without a few anti-American slanders thrown in for good measure..

Look at this fucker show his ignorance about who and why they buy pickup trucks...
Part truck, part limousine, part barn, the F-150 is the American way of life on wheels, a four-wheel behemoth that epitomises the big-is-best philosophy. What the F-150 has by the truckload for UK drivers is the David Beckham factor, the “bling bling”, over-the-top appeal for drivers desperate for something so different that it verges on the outrageous. It is also a practical machine, able to carry five adults plus huge loads.
Uhm - the people around me that own and drive truck do so because it is the most practical vehicle for the price and it is a worthwhile tool..

ook at the shit he goes on about..

Part truck, part limousine, Ford's F-150 has driving advantages as well as drawbacks, but be ready to pay £100 to fill up
and
“The level of luxury in the F-150 is excellent, like a Bentley on stilts, and that 5.4-litre V8 means it is no slouch.
WTF??

Luxury of a Bentley?

Wait a a minute - I thought American cars have shitty interiors and are low quality?

SO which is it... fucking useless automotive press.

Oh - and the reason he was more impressed with the Porsche 911.... Walter Rohl took him for a ride... so his judgement of the cars overall capability is not based on his faggot pussy arse driving - but rather THE greatest 911 pilot ever to walk the face of the planet.

I think we need to arrange a drive in the new C6 Z06 with Jan Magnussen at the wheel.. then see what this gawky git has to say ...

I pretty much agree with everything RC just said.

I'll have to agree with RC45 as well actually. Even at what seems a hefty £59,000 (calculate it in USD, and you'll see what I mean) the Z06 really is a bargain for what it gives you. It's a proper car, with a proper boot, proper amenities, and a bonkers engine.

Until I see a Lotus clip 4 seconds on the way to 60, there really isn't a better deal out there.

It's a shame they add another 10-20k euro on top of the price of just about any American car that gets imported into Europe... This reason alone ends up causing the Z06 to cost over $90k in Switzerland alone. Still a bargain of course, that's the same price as what I paid for my car and mine comes with less ponies.

I don't find the 150 interior very good, unless it has somehow been updated recently (I sat in one a year ago, it was very plasticky and rattly...). Whilst these cars are undoubtedly extremely useful due to the load you can place on them, I personally only require that much space once or twice a year. At that rate, I'll rather stick to renting a van for the particular occasion at $100 a pop, and drive the rest of the time with something a bit more fun.

Maybe I'm missing out on something, but to me, it seems like most of my Americans friends make it out that they carry a huge load all the time. Maybe it really is true... I dunno. I just personally don't ever need all that space, the trunk in my car works fine for 95% of the time, and if I do buy a new piece of furniture (my house is already loaded anyway), I just get it delivered here for a small fee, better then buying another $20-30k car

Oh well...
