I think people are looking at this the wrong way. Judging by the condition of the roads, the environment, etc., this is most probably taken in a 3rd world country. You guys are not realizing that the majority of people don't wear seatbelts in those places (not all cars even have them) and driving quickly (as he was) is a fact of life. It certainly wasn't Darwin-material. There are no traffic lights, no rules of the road, nothing. You are looking at this from a western motoring perspective and I feel sympathy towards them more than anything else. It was a nasty crash.

I dont think thats a 3rd world country, they dont have buses like that. I think its in a european country, and he got owned, theres no way in hell he didnt see that bus coming.
