You need a proggy windows media recorder or stream down.
This question was posted many times before in "Computers.." section, just searching for word "streaming" would give you result

ok i did a search on those words like you said but i only get spams like junks on other topics rather than the words i was searching for.

Go to "search" above on the page, write "streaming", mark searching posts not topics and choose forum "Computers, comsoles, gadges and gismos" - 15th post from the top is the one you was asking for.
