I really thought they were going to have a dance-off, now i'm dissappointed. I guess tihs is what happens when someone loses at a chess game.

Nope, as far as I see it the further east you go the worse it get's. Take England for example, they have very disciplined supporters on the whole. Here in Poland on the other side half the people going to football games do so with the intention of beating the crap out of somebody.

http://www.soccerclips.net/hooligans2.php?page=60
Check out this link, it's a Polish video. You must LEFT click on the minature of the picture to download. It's a clash between "fans" of two teams. I believe this group of hooligans is called "Teddy Boys" The best part is the commentatory at the end..."szacunek kurwa za walke" which literally means "we fucking respect you for taking up the fight". It's pathetic.

Yes, but it has it's limits. Many people with the sole intention of supporting the team may end up in the middle of a fight and get seriously injured. On a slightly brighter note teams in Poland regulary get a ban for fans entering the stadium perimeter for a period of a few matches. Or how about the situation a few years back...a polish soccer fan threw a knife at a player on the pitch...the CLUB was fined and were ruled out of the Champions league that year.

Fleischmann that's a load of bullshit, I have been going to football matches in Poland for the last 5 years and have never been even close to being involved in a fight. The way you describe it was true in the mid 90's when there used to be fights at every match. Nowadays the "ultra" supporters meet up in woods etc and have battles. And honestly I don't give a shit as long as they do it between themselves.
