I have to say that is THE most stupid and ridiculous set of wheels I have ever seen. I agree with the photoshop theory, however there are hummers on 28" wheels now.. (By the way that's a truck tyre size!)

Its not a fake. They also have pics of one of these cars on the topgear web-site. They actually did make these cars.

i think its fake, if u look at the cars u c theres nothing to drive the wheels(no axis)
unless im missing something?
