Casino Royale
Think it's about time to start a thread for Casino Royale, coming to the big screen on November 17!
Most of you probably seen the DBS already, so here's a glimpse of the new Ford Mondeo on the set of CR. With the body kit, it actually doesnt look bad at all!

I saw the trailer recently. It looks fantastic. Pity they didn't show more of the DBS in it.

I do hope this movie is good unlike the pathetic last couple movies. Goldeneye was the last classy movie.

It'll never be as good as the original Casino Royale!
David Niven FTW!
Seriously though, it does look like it'll be a really good film, and I hope that they take it back to the dark and gritty Bond of Dalton (an excellent Bond, btw).

Casino Royale has the same director as GoldenEye so it should be good. Hopefully it doesn't turn into another On Her Majesty's Secret Service (i.e. good movie, good.. best... bond girl but bad bond)

Ok sounds good, on her majesty's secret service was done by George Lazenby, Australian and the worst bond ever, thats probably why he only did 1

Actually, Lazenby is often rated by critics as one of the best Bonds, and OHMSS is seen as one of the better films in the franchise.

Well Im not literally saying he is bad just in my eyes (my opinion as a fan) OHMSS wasn't such a bad movie I agree just not a real bond movie. And I have seen Lazenby in other movies and he is a really good actor without a moments hesitation

Lazenby had some sort of disagreement with Broccoli, who had wanted Roger Moore anyway, so he left.
It will be interesting to see what Daniel Craig brings to the role. He does seem to be more of a Dalton character - more flamboyant.

Well I just got back from the movie, and it was much better than I expected. The new Bond is even better than I thought he would be, but he still doesn't measure up to Pierce and some of the others. The action was pretty good(a bit disappointed that there were no new gadgets), the Bond girl was pretty, and it had its funny moments. I'd give this movie a 7.5-8/10.

I just saw the movie last night and I tell you the film is great! It's way better than expected, which was a very pleasant surprice!
p.s. Except, maybe, the part when the DBS rolled over like 10 times just from turning harder, which is next to impossible especially on the wet ground.
