NEW JABBA WIRELESS LAPTOP
Nothing special but its great for browsing JW in the garden. It felt kinda weird though last night uploading videos from outside that are flying through the air over to my router and then onto the JW server.
Not a bad price and I am 100% happy with everything so far.

Its ok...kinda cool that we are all thinking of the same benefits for it....maybe they should promote that benefit more in their product advertising.

I think that's a good idea because most people have a stationary pc for normal indoor use.

Indeed...I also have pc anywhere running on my other PC's so I have full control over those as well...its pretty good for keeping an eye on videos being encoded ready for uploading to JW.

I thought it was ok, but it started turning off after about an hour of use, so I took it apart thinkin I could fix it, but when i put it back toether again all i get is a slight clicking noise  I cant get it replaced cuz i got it off ebay.

Indeed very cool, surfing in the garden exactly what we're gonna set up in our student house in september, of course thats purely for work purposes As for the laptop indeed a bargain IMO , its practically the same spec as mine which a paid £1300 in september for, only problem was the company (multivision) went bust, thats how they could sell me the spec so cheap:
my laptop spec
2.8 ghz
1GB of Ram
2x dvd writer
64MB ati 9000 graphics
60gb hard drive
Oh and i free usb memory thing that broke

Yes that is what happened to my first laptop...someone knocked it off the desk and broke the screen off it...it still works but its in two pieces now.
My sister had the same problem with her toshiba shutting down...it has thermal protection on it that shuts it down whenever it gets too hot....clearing some space around the rear vent sorted the problem out and its been fine ever since.
