Looks like the Corvette Zed Nul Zes is too powerful for the European press to hand..

That happened with a driver on his way to a fotoshoot in Berlin , not a fotoshoot of himself but of the Corvette .
Its a Corvette Z06 with a 7 liter engine that goes from 0 to 100 kilometers an hour ( 60 ) in 3.9 seconds .The car costs about 120 000 euro .
Its a miracle nobody has been hurt , the police is investigating the accident .

Wow, thats probably one of the first of the z06's over in europe as well.
120,000 EUR = $145,000 USD
I had no idea the z06 cost this much in europe. I guess that price makes it a true supercar then.

Hey RC 45 where did you learned to understand dutch?
This is what dutch newspaper de Telegraaf said:
A brand new corvette Z06, slid under a lorry at a filling station along the A1 near Oldenzaal. The sportscar was on the way to a photograph session in Berlin, but stranded yesterday in twente. The corvette Z06, which even stands not yet in the showroom, would be photographed in Germany for licked promotion material to bring this new thoroughbred under the attention. However it went wrong when the driver drove away from a filling station and accidentally drove over a bump and thereby launched the car. The car turned over on the roof and ended against a parked lorry. Although the car was damaged , the driver was unhurt.

id like to see the 'bump' that made the car flip.. itsnot often you see a car with such a low CG on its roof...
wouldn't be the first time somebody gets a lead foot in the rain w/out TC and looses it.
145,000 USD seems seriously steep, i'd think it would be cheaper to fly to the US, buy it, and ship it over to Europe then to pay that shite.

I didn't bother to translate the audio - I stole that as well..
But I understand Dutch.
The car drove over a bump is bullshit.
That stupi jackass turned off TC/AH and and spun towards the sidewalk and then as he ramped over the grassy terrain at an angle over turned.
Stupid inexperienced driver.
Plain and simple. 440rwhp in a car will bite your face off if you arenot respectfull of it..
I bet the driver looked at his co-pilot and said "Franz, holdt mein bier schteeeein - und vatch dis..."

You all live in a big socialist commune - so I wouldn't be surprised.
And if "Eurocrat" offends you, then maybe y'all should become a nuetral 3rd party...
Oh - wait - you are already So it shouldn't bother you one iota...

I found some more information about the accident.
The Z06 was driven by a 21 year old trainee of a dutch car magazine. He lost the car, because it accelerated faster than he thought and was launched by the banked grass bed beside the road. He lost his licence because of reckless driving. The car was registered the day before....
B.T.W the guy on the second pic of the post of RC45 below is the 21 year old bastard

my 1st thought when i saw the car upside down was that he might've hit hte beginning of the guardrail/armco...it's flipped more cars...
anyway what a n00b, i wonder if he still works for hte car mag...cant wait to see a report of it, if they ever publish about this...

ouch.
It's absolutely ridiculous to see a brand spanking new Zed Nul Zes pretty much totalled.. although ridiculous its not unbelievable.. this car is a true monster and its inevitable that many first drivers will get into trouble..
this guy must of been shitting his pants as he was sliding on the roof towards that trailer.. in the video you can see the bumper of the trailer puncturing the drivers door.. (i'm assuming chevy isnt making any RHD Z06's?)
