What Radio Station Do You Listen To?
Well since alot of people live in the same area/city on this site
I thought it was a good idea to make this post.
You can tell alot about a person from what music they listen to, and it is always good to get good info about some radio stations that are good, but you just don't bother listen to them cause you are to busy playing a CD ops:
Being a classic rock lover
I listen to Q107 toront (live from the hard rock cafe lol )
www.q107.com
I think it is a great radio station, play alot of good music (if you like classic rock, meaning 60-80's and some 90's), and not that much new/wussy bands
They have a new concert almost every week, and they also have alot of album "cover" concerts when some know name artist play a classic rock album, most of the time it is really good

mornings, i usually have it on 93.7 which is genearlly the classic hard rock station, but they play Lex and Terry in the morning which is still better than Planet Radio 96.5 All they play is Breaking Benjamin and Jimmy Eat World..the pussy bands
98.1 is the classic rock station and i just found 96.9 which is a Baton Rouge station so it has it's dead spots around the city, but they play alot of the other classic rock that 98.1 doesn't play

just of note, 102.1 the Edge ( www.edge.ca ) in the 2nd or 3rd biggest new rock station in North America, and if you go to their HQ they are always giving away from stuff, like food t-shirts, samplers....

Galaxy 105 and radio1 are my radio stations, they play the more modern songs, but radio1 has a nice mix depending what time u listen to it.
www.galaxy105.co.uk
www.bbc.co.uk/radio1
If any Americans have'nt heard of chris moyles, make sure you listen to one of his shows. You get more laughs than you would watching the TV

Triple J - National government funded youth radio
http://www.abc.net.au/triplej/
Some good shows/presenters and the web has live streaming/video/interviews and the previous weeks shows as well
The only radio that I listen to; hate radio stations with heaps of ads and this has none. 8)

We have XM radio in my brothers car. I dont know if he still is subscribed because he didnt want it anymore but if not XM then usually talk radio 101.1 or CD's. BTW talk radio is funny because people are always bitching and yelling at the host!
