Default TT live from Sicily, Italy

Here I am, reporting hopefully on a daily basis with picture reports from sunny Sicily! What a gorgeous place it is! I traveled a lot in Italy in the past, but never down here and boy, what a mistake!! Really marvellous!

Today we landed in Catania, which is great because to land your fly around the Etna volcano! Really a nice view, but not easy to take pics while on a plane of course.

All the other pics are taken in Siracusa (Siracuse), some km south, were we'll spend another day tomorrow!

For sure I prefer to shoot cars, but it's nice to be a normal tourist again

..

And of course some ladies (nice to have a 300mm )

And the only nice cars spotted today:

I actually missed your topic about going to Sicily, so I better say have a nice trip here and now.

Looks stunning from the photos, and I love the first girl and the second car.

Cool pics TT ... glad you are having a non-car related trip for a change ... good to re-charge your batteries once in a while.

The pics show some beautiful Italian scenery, definitely worth going there to see in person.

You were in Siracusa (Syracuse), that’s the name of my home town city when I'm not in college in upstate NY.

Hope you enjoy the rest of your stay there!

Well, 28 C yesterday... I'd say it's summer already, yes quite shocking considering last week we got some late snow in Lausanne and early morning always welcomed us lately with 2 or 3 C

Actually it was kinda weird because I was sitting at a small bar on that big square like 2000 other ppl.. suddently the QP came by from behind.. I heard something, turned around and noticed what it was, so I had to jump and run, trying not to hit other ppl enjoying their holyday, crounching there right behind the car and shooting hoping for a sharp one

Anyway, a great holyday it is so far.. 24 C today at the beach and more pics to process right after dinner
