I recently discovered the new google maps service (
http://maps.google.com )... And I have to say it, it's really really really amazing ...
I played alot with it and I spotted some good places in Belgium
The full zoom is not enabled for all the links, maybe they will be in some days, just the time to update the pictures...

With that service you can save your favorite places and share them

Another great discover is geoURL !
GeoURL is a web service that allow you to find people who have a website and live near you
You just need to add 2 meta informations in your webpage and submit it to
http://www.geourl.org/

if you look at the source, you'll see:

That is what you need to add your site to GeoURL.
50.4193772831453 and 3.86287666435053 are your coordinates, you can find yours by going here:
http://geourl.org/resources.html . I recommand to use
http://www.multimap.com/ it works very well.
Once you have find your coordinates, you can see them in google maps by replacing your coordinates in the url:

Replace 50.419377 and 3.862877 with what you found on
http://www.multimap.com/ and it's ok
So... with geoURL I can find people who have a website and live near me:
