Default Q: US TV Commercial (Chrysler) -Snoop Doggy Dog playing golf

Has anyone seen this TV commercial?

What the heck is Snoop Doggy Dog on about?

Can anyone translate it for me? Do the words he's spouting actually have any meaning (ebonics maybe) or is it just 'made up' for the commercial

Fo shizzle akzizzle - yep, kind of understood that bit

Beyond that I am lost...

There used to be a great site called www.asksnoop.com , but as far as i can see, it;s down now

It used to translate an ordinary sentence into G-Speak ... maybe they could offer a reverse translation service

Yeah - that would be because weren't born when Lee Iacocca was Chairman of Chrysler and busy bailing the company out of the gutter with clever business tactics, add campaigns and hard work...

You know - the Lee Iacocca that brought the Ford Mustang to market?

Speaking of funny adverts has anyone seen the BMW advert where a guy whistles to his dog signalling that they both need to hit the road. The dog sulks about a bit and then reluctantly gets into the BMW wagon after donning a helmet. You understand why when the Beemer peels away and the poor dog becomes a live pinball machine cannoning off the walls of the car. Very funny!

We all know that rap and rappers are right now in the top of the entertainment business and considering that rap and Hip Hop is the most popular music in the US and the world, so thats why Snoop is on that commercial, becuase he is one of the most recognized rappers right now!
