Man, I thought they'd reached the bottom of the barrel with the Dukes of Hazard remake.

wow i thought the only way they'd try and remake that is with a spoof like starsky and hutch and the dukes. i doubt that a serious remake will go over well.

Where did the daytona come in. I watched a marathan a few weeks ago and man was driving around a convertable daytona. It got blown up in one of the episodes and the next one had the testarosa. (In my memory I only remembered the testarosa, but they showed the first episode and it was a daytona.)
Answered my own question here, it was a daytona:

The testarosa was apparently always real and provided by ferrari. It was the daytona that was a replica.

actually I saw a preview for this movie when I saw King Kong a few days ago and it actually looks like a good movie filmed in the style of Collateral I'm actually looking forward to it...

Collateral was total CRAP!!
Jamie fox did pretty good in Ray... but he really is a terrible actor. Colin ferrel reminds me of brad pit... mabey just because of Alexander vs. Troy
anyway... they totally could've gotten Don Johnson to play his former roll 100,000x better

Personally I think Collateral is brilliant.
Dude you know that Don Johnson is close to 60?
IMO they should just leave the brilliant series alone and not make a movie or they should have made the movie when both Don Johnson and Philip Michael Thomas were still in their prime. Now it's unfortunately too late.
