for me, mallmonkeys used to hit the spot ( www.mallmonkeys.com) but they stopped making cartoons just recently. i'm a HUGE fan of SH*THOUSE though. www.pipingrad.com.

My favourite webtoon is Shawks. Shawks is semi-political and all around hilarious. Shawks was produced by Mongadillo, but Mongadillo is now defunct. The 14 existing episodes are available through the Shawks site.
