Thanks for the vid, but yeh I think that has to be on a dyno! Nice noise from that six..

Nice Vid! I'm thinking it was on a dyno though.... there was some wind-like noise but at that speed there would be a lot more, imo. The car just didn't act like it was being driven on the road. Could be wrong though

That aint dyno, u'd have to be mental to flat shift like that on a dyno, u'd break sumthing. Plus you can hear wheelspin in 1st gear, a sqeal, and chirp into second, u only usually get a squeal like that on tarmac. I just think its a good camera set up and the surprisingly good sound deadening of a motorsport BMW!
Man it sounds fuckin good above 6k dont it!

coombsie got it I think. Except for the second post. With SMG you can choose when you want to change gear yourself. Anyway, I'm also convinced it's not a dyno.

Damn, this car is fast! Anyone else thought it was mad that it changed up to sixth at an odd 280 km/h?! Sheesh...

The sound was magic and the sound proofing astonishing!

^^ I know u can choose when u wanna change gear, i was talking about the ferocity of the gear changes (how fast they r) cus dumpin the clutch like that would not be good on a dyno.
